Enrolment for foreign students

For the enrolment of foreign students we refer to note n.3903 of the MUR (Ministry for University and Research) and to the norms for the triennium 2008\2011 prot.1291 of 16\05\2008 to give access to foreign students to university courses.

The deadline to submitt the application for non-EUstudents and non residential students is established according to the calendar planned by the MUR, while non-EU students regularly staying or living in Italy, and EU students living anywhere in Italy who obtained a regular foreigner degree, the deadline is meant to be on september 15th

Photocopy of a valid ID
Photocopy of Study Certificate or Degree certificate
• A photocopy of a valid identity document;
• Receipt of payment of fees € 850.00 for the course free of mosaic or € 430.00 for other courses free Postbank account n ° 13927488 made payable to the City of Ravenna - Treasury Department;
• Receipt of payment of € 3.00 Postbank account n ° 13927488 made payable to the City of Ravenna - Treasury Department, to approve the student's handbook.
The entrance examination for foreign students who would apply for the first level triennial or to the second biennial consist in an oral test on general culture, which is also an Italian Language Test of knowledge. Then it follows a practical ability test (free interpretation of a living model: sketch on paper).
Non EU students who are not resident in Italy must submit a pre-application form.
To apply to the pre-enrolment, applicants must turn to the Italian representation in the Country of residence. The terms for the application are annually fixed by the Italian Ministry
To the Application form students must hand in to the Italian diplomatic representation the following documents, from 17 May 2010 to the deadline established by single diplomatic authorities:
Laurea (First cycle degree/Bachelor - 180 ECTS) obtained at any University
or, alternatively,
a post-secondary qualification obtained in a non-university Higher Education Institute allowing for the continuation of the university studies in the subsequent level, but provided that the secondary school diploma was attained after at least a 12-year education;
- certificate released by the relevant academic institution - as duly signed by the diplomatic authority - assessing the passed exams as well as the detailed programmes and time plan devoted to the teaching and laboratory activities provided for each subject area, for the purposes of the qualifications as for point 1 and 2;
- two photographs (of which one must be authenticated by the relevant Italian representation).

the authentication and translation of the first cycle degree certificate (both procedures must be carried out by the Italian diplomatic representation in the Country which the school/university/institute releasing the certificate belongs to);
declaration of legal value for the degree certificate (both procedures must be carried out by the Italian diplomatic representation in the Country which the school/university/institute releasing the certificate belongs to);
authentication of one of the two photographs.
The documents written in a foreign language must be handed in the original copy together with the official translation into Italian; the translation is a responsibility of the applicant and must be certified by the relevant Italian diplomatic representation abroad.

The translation may also be carried out in Italy by official translators or by the diplomatic representation operating in Italy of the Country where the document has been released.
Translations of the "programmes of the university exams" passed, if these are written in English, French, German, Spanish, are not required.
The Italian Representation (Consulate) provides then to forward the application to our Academy.
Lately, but within the 15th of september candidates are requested to submit the application, to subscribe to the entry examination, to the Academy's Secretary. In case of admission he\she must enrol within the following five days after the examination. The EU students wherever living and the Non EU students legally resident in Italy submit their pre-enrolment application directly to the Academy's Secretary within the 15th of september
